15-Minute Chocolate Cake With Coconut

The facts that this is a chocolate cake and it can be made in 15 minute are good enough to share with everyone I know. And almost everyone I know loves chocolate cake!

The original recipe is with milk and butter, but since I wanted a vegan chocolate cake, I replaced them with coconut oil and milk ( I’m nuts for coconuts 🙂 )

It is very delicious cake and I hope you’ll like it. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 30g. cocoa powder
  • 90g. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ tablespoon of baking powder
  • 20g. sugar
  • 6 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 80 ml. coconut milk

Preparation:

Mix the dry ingredients. Then add the milk and the oil and stir well.

Put the mixture in a small cake mold, and if you want bigger cake, just increase the amount of the ingredients proportionally.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes.

If you still want a bit to decorate the cake, chocolate frosting or melted chocolate cream is always an effective solution. You can sprinkle with coconut or some nuts. Enjoy!
