1. Mango Cake [Raw, Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- 1 ½ cup almonds
- 2 cups dates
Prepare the ingredients in a food processor to obtain a homogeneous mixture. If you love to feel the texture of the ingredients, you can make a little rougher mixture. Pour the mixture into cake mold.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup of cashew nuts
- 1 fresh mango, or 1 cup (or more) dry mango
- A little lemon juice and if you desire you can add ½ cup agave syrup too.
Make a smooth cream from the ingredients and pour it on the on crust. You can decorate with coconut, minced nuts, dried or fresh fruit. Enjoy!
