1. Lower your blood pressure with sunflower seeds.
– 1,5 l. cold water
– 2 cups unpeeled sunflower seeds
Put the washed unpeeled seeds in a metal bowl, then pour the cold water and cook on medium heat. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and continue cooking for another 2 hours.
When you finish with that, strain the fluid. When the fluid cools, you can drink a cup of the beverage during the day. The rest of it, you can store in the fridge in a glass jar.
This beverage is recommended for those who suffer from hypertension.
2. Lower your blood pressure with coatings
If you want to decrease the blood pressure, use coating made of 6 percent vinegar.
Example: soak a cotton cloth in vinegar and put it down on the floor, then stand on it with both legs. While standing, rub your temples and neck with cotton soaked in vinegar.
You shouldn’t let the coating on your feet react for more than 15 minutes.
3. Regulate your blood pressure with onions
Take a midsize onion head, put it in a jar and stream a glass of cold water over it. Leave it overnight.
Drink this liquid on an empty stomach, in the morning. You don’t need to throw away the onions, as you can use them for a meal, during the day.
Repeat this method in the evening.
You should do this method on a daily base.
