4 Ingredient Drink That is Good For Your Upset Stomach And Your Immunity

The key ingredients for this 4 ingredient drink are mint and lime. They are rich in vitamin C which is good for your health, especially for calming upset stomach and strengthening the immune system.

Ingredients:

  •      100 grams of sugar
  •      900 ml of water
  •      140 grams of leaves of mint
  •      100 ml squeezed lime juice

Preparation: Mix the sugar with 100 ml of water and pour into pot. Allow the water to boil, and then briefly dip 50 grams of fresh mint leaves. Allow the liquid to cool, then put it in a blender for 30 seconds. Finally, add the remaining 800 ml plain cold water and lime juice. Serve with 80g fresh mint leaves.
