1) Round Sweetness
Instructions: Put 150g. dates with a handful of nuts in a blender to get a nice mixture. Then add 1-2 tbsp. cocoa and a little orange peel. Mix it well, then make small balls with your hands and put them in refrigerator to get firm. You can sprinkle them with some coconut flour.
2) Nuts About Cubes
White part: 150 g. oat flakes grounded into flour and one grated quince. You can add cinnamon or vanilla.
Black part: Ground 300 g. dates and 50-60 g. nuts with. Add to this mixture 2 tbsp. cocoa and juice from one orange.
You can do everything on a cooking paper or in some pan… Put one layer white, one layer black mixture, and again white, black… Until you’re out of mixtures 🙂 Let it cool in a refrigerator and then you can cut it in small cubes.
3) Almond Milk Pudding
Instructions: 500 ml. almond milk boiled with 150-200g. honey. Dissolve 3 tbsp. coconut (or what kind do you prefer) flour in 200ml. cold milk. Add that to the boiling milk. Stir well, pour in cups and let it cool. You can add cherries or some berries on top.
4) Easy Pralines
Instructions: 5 tbsp. melted coconut oil, 2 and a half tbsp. cocoa and 3 tsp. honey. Pour the mixture into forms (hearts or what you have) and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to tighten.
