4 Things From Your Kitchen That Will Put The Excessive Sweating Under Control

Sweating is the body’s natural attempt to lower its temperature. While physical exertion, as well as staying in a warm room, causes excessive sweating, situations such as stress and tension can also cause a reaction.

We present 4 natural fighters against excessive sweating:

1) Apple cider vinegar

The apple cider vinegar acts as a natural deodorant, because it destroys bacteria. It is enough to wipe your underarms once a day with it. Dry tissue, soak it with a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water (2:1) and wipe the surface of your body to which you most sweat. Do this every night before going to sleep.

2) Baking soda

Add a pinch of baking soda in a little water or wet fingers and apply it on the underarms. Rub the skin, let it dry and then with a dry paper tissue remove the rest of the dust.

3) Black tea

This tea is rich in tannin which contains an acid that acts as a natural deodorant and in that way affects the glands and reduces excessive sweating. Boil half a cup of water, and soak the black tea in it. Remove the bag after a minute and then put it on a plate to cool. Place the bag on the underarms or on the area of the body where the sweating is increased, leave it for 5 minutes and then remove it.

4) Lemon

Since ancient times lemon has been used to control body odor and against increased sweating. The citric acid kills bacteria and acts as a natural deodorant, but after treating the skin with lemon, you should avoid exposure to the sun. Cut the lemon in half and rub the underarms with that half. Leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes and then wash the skin with cold water.
