2. CELLULITE CANNOT BE REDUCED BY EXERCISE

3. MORNING IS THE BEST TIME FOR EXERCISE

The best time for exercise is the afternoon. Exercise from 16 to 18 pm, because then the body has maximum strength and burns more calories.

4. IF YOU LIFT WEIGHT YOU WILL BURN MORE CALORIES FASTER

In fact the opposite is more productive. Do the exercise slowly and you will burn a lot of calories and will form your muscles.

5. STRETCH BEFORE YOU START RUNNING

According to a research it is not true that if you don’t stretch before running, you might get hurt. Most athletes have said that just as they were stretching, they got hurt.
