Anti Stress Treatment: Detox Salad With Apples And Cabbage [RECIPE]

Apples are in excellent agreement with the cabbage, creating a meal full of fiber, which helps digestion.

Including the fennel seed, adds the factor that make the fiber, while cayenne pepper speeds up the metabolism.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 white cabbage
  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dried white grapes

For the dressing:

  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1.8 tbsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fennel seed
  • 1/2 tbsp of sea salt 

Instructions:

With a sharp knife, cut the cabbage, the apple and the onion in a very fine strips. Put them all into a large bowl.

Add walnuts and raisins. Gently mix it.

In a small bowl, stir all the ingredients for the dressing.

Pour salad dressing. Stir the salad to mix everything. Eat everything 🙂
