Chia Seeds in Coconut Milk With Caramelized Pears

Ingredients:

400ml coconut milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

48g chia seeds

1 pear

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation:

Mix the coconut milk, salt and chia seeds. Allow to stand in a refrigerator overnight. The next morning caramelize the pear. First, peel the pear and cut into quarters. In a saucepan, melt the oil, add the pear quarters and cook until they become golden brown. Meanwhile, reheat the chia seeds, add cinnamon and the caramelized pear. Stir and serve.
