Chocolate smoothie for breakfast…Mmmm…Can you imagine a better way to start the day?
– ½ avocado
– ½ banana
– 1 tbsp. cocoa
– 60 milliliters of your favorite milk (coconut, almond, walnut, rice milk…)
– 1 tsp. Maca powder
– Blueberries ( for decoration)
Place all the ingredients in a blender ( with the exception of those for decoration) and stir until you get a smooth and creamy mixture. If you want your smoothie to be more liquid add more milk, and if it’s too liquid- add a little more banana and/ or avocado. Pour the prepared mixture in a cup and decorate it with blueberries.
