Cilantro Pesto Recipe to Detox Heavy Metals in Your Body

Cilantro is one of the most effective detoxifiers of heavy metals and other toxins. It extracts mercury from the body’s organs. Dr. Yoshiaki Omura has discovered that the herb cilantro is used to help stimulate appetite, detoxifies mercury from neural tissue and relieves minor digestive irritation. Heavy metals have been linked to some health problems such as brain deterioration, heart disease, cancer, emotional problems, lung disease, weak bones and kidney disease. Here is what you need to make cilantro pesto.

Two tsp of this pesto daily for 3 weeks is enough to increase the urinary excretion of mercury, lead, and aluminum, thus effectively removing these toxic metals from our bodies. We can consider doing this cleanse for three weeks at least once a year. It freezes well, so you can make bigger amount.

What are the scientific references to these claims that this herb “detoxifies organs”?

I don’t for a minute believe that Dr Omura would “approve” this recipe/treatment. I was chelated of Mercury by one of his “students” (a dentist) and garlic was not allowed during the cilantro, which was used 10 days on 10 days off for 10 months until I tested clean of body burden via Omura’s BDORT method.

For those that want scientific evidence, PubMed has many article published by Omura. Here is just one:
