When you freeze a banana, it will slightly tan outside on the crust while the inside it remains to be white and you’ll easy peel off the crust. This is a really cool combination of cold banana and hot raspberry ant it is very delicious.
Preparation: 10 min.
200g. raspberries (you can use frozen too)
30 g. sugar
Put the bananas in the freezer and allow them to freeze for about 25 min.
Once you remove the bananas, put the raspberries with the sugar in a small saucepan and cook on low heat until the raspberries turn into sauce.
Peel the frozen bananas in a serving bowl, chop large slices and cover them with hot raspberries sauce
