Delicious Brussel Sprouts With Rice And Seeds

This wonderful meal for four will leave you speechless, and besides that it will fill you with vitamins and minerals from the healthy Brussel sprouts.

~ 1 cup rice

~ 200g. Brussel sprouts

~ 40g. pumpkin seeds

~ 40g. sunflower seeds

~ 40g. sesame

~ 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

~ Half onion

~ 1 clove of garlic

~ Olive oil, salt


Put the rice in hot oil, in which you have previously simmered half onion, then add 3 cups of water and cook under cover, 10 min. on half temperature and 10 min. more after you turn off the stove.

In another pot heat olive oil, then simmer the sprouts over medium heat for a short period, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, vinegar, the seeds and simmer for about 1 to 2 minutes.

Finally, add the rice, stir it so that the rice can unite with the other ingredients and then serve it warm.
