This diet is intended for cleaning the body. You will loose weight, but that does not mean that you have lost fat. The greater part of the weight that is lost is a loss of fluid and water retention. Lemonade Diet is a ten-day diet when you are allowed to only drink lemonade concentrate and nothing else.
