Perhaps you have tried numerous anti-cellulite treatments. Surely you’ve noticed that all the anti-cellulite creams contain caffeine. It is no coincidence – caffeine increases the flow of blood and thus reduces the fat cells under the skin.
Vicky DeRosa, founder of online health club “V Well Health”, says that coffee is its first choice in the fight against cellulite and this recipe for years is recommended for women around the world. Not only it reduces cellulite, but the skin becomes softer and smoother because the mixture also works like a great peeling.
- one day old coffee grounds
- olive oil
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- rough glove
Preparation and use:
In a small bowl, mix the coffee residue, olive oil and salt (pour enough oil to get a a dense paste, add the salt, depending on whether you want rough or gentle scrub mixture.).
About 35 minutes before showering, apply the mixture with rough glove on the legs, buttocks and thighs (you can apply to all parts of the body). When you all oiled up, wrap yourself with a towel and stay with the mixture half an hour on your body.
Rinse with warm water. For those who have the habit to shower two to three times a day, Vicky advise to reduce the temperature of the water in the shower. Showering with very hot water will dry out your skin.
You’ll notice a fantastic result just after one week of use.
