Easy Healthy Cool Snack – Citrus and Ginger Salad

 Make your own Citrus and Ginger Salad:

Ingredients:

2 grapefruits

2 oranges

3 tangerines

1 tbsp ginger

1 tbsp pistachios

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

3 mint leaves

grapefruit

Preparation :

Chop the fruit and the pistachios and mix them. Add salt, pepper, ginger and chopped mint leaves. Mix well and serve.

Enjoy the fresh taste of this cool healthy salad!
