Quick and healthy option for breakfast, snack or dinner, for you and your children too.
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 1 tbsp. of peanut butter
- ½ banana chopped into circles
- 2 tsp. coconut butter ( blended coconut crumbs)
- 1 tsp. of shredded coconut
- Cinnamon for sprinkling
Bake the bread until it is crispy, if you like it that way. Grease it with peanut butter, arrange the bananas and spread the coconut butter. Finally sprinkle it with coconut and cinnamon.
