Simple and healthy recipe for delicious raw food soup from carrots and avocado.

Ingredients:

– 2-3 large carrots

– 1 apple

– 1 onion

– 1 clove of garlic

– 1 small avocado

– 1 piece of ginger

– 1 tbsp lemon juice

– 1/2 – 2 cups water

– A little sea salt / Himalayan salt

Preparation:

Cut the carrots and the apples into pieces. Put them in a blender along with the other ingredients and blend well. Before serving the soup, you can sprinkle with a little seed by your choice and fresh red pepper.
