This jam is very easy to prepare and is very healthy, because it has no added sugars. You can use it instead of high calorie and full of sugar jam, to put it in candy, to spread it on pancakes etc.
- 3 apples
- One teaspoon cinnamon Optionally add:
- Lemon juice
- Water ( if it’s too thick for your taste)
Peel the apples, clean the seeds and put them in a blender, along with cinnamon and the other ingredients that you want to use. Do this until they blend well together. If the jam seems too thick, add a little water to make it thinner and continue blending. Then the jam is ready for consumption.
