Maybe you’ve heard that is not good for your health if you go to bed too tired or anxious. Not that you’ll have difficulties falling asleep (you will have, I know from my experience), but also you’ll have a low-quality rest for all your organs in your body.
Sleeping time is the time when your body and your soul get some rest and they’re trying to rejuvenate and refresh for the next day.
