Healthy Smoothie With Sunflower Sprouts

The sunflower sprouts contain calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, trace minerals, vitamin B1, B2, and E, as well as a high percentage of unsaturated fatty acids. And we want them in our body to maintain healthy and young, don’t we?

Ingredients:

2 apples

1 tbsp raw coconut oil

2 stalks of celery

1 cup of sunflower sprouts

2 cups of water

 

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in blender and mix well.
