Favorite Hollywood nutritionist Kimberly Snyder reveled how her A-list clients achieve slim figure, shiny skin and lush hair with choosing the following ingredients.
Kimberly Snyder advised many well-known actors from Drew Barrymore to Dita Von Teese. She recently published a book in which she explains in detail the 85 recipes for beauty. Tips include eating bananas to remove bags under the eyes and sipping coconut water for a hangover. All of her recipes are gluten-free and without dairy products, from readily available ingredients.
She explains the importance of the ingredients that clean the intestines and thus make people more beautiful, and her main mantra is “beauty from the inside out”.
“Many clients see changes in the skin and energy, already in 3 days, weight easily goes and what’s important – it does not return.” – says Kimberly.
She is against counting calories and considers that the long-term detoxification program needs to be practiced regularly for visible results.
Her program is a way of life, and for those who fear such a big sacrifice, she advises them to at least get rid of drinks with artificial sweeteners, because they cause dry skin and the outbreak of pimples.
“They have 0 calories, but what I saw that it does to women and girls… are filled with acidic chemicals and totally throw the body out of balance. Simply, too many problems associated with carbonated beverages.”
She recommends the following ingredients:
Pineapple – it stimulates the formation of collagen, which is essential for a youthful appearance.
Flax seeds as an injection of essential fatty acids and avocado which is rich in vitamins C, E and K.
For all of those who have bags under the eyes it is recommended to eat a banana a day. They are rich in potassium, which regulates the level of fluid under the eyes.
Clients that are struggling with acne: coconut yogurt is recommended for cleaning the system, apple cider vinegar to flush toxins and onions to clean the liver.
For more beautiful hair she recommends dishes with carrots and pumpkin seeds. Carrots are rich in beta carotene which is essential for shiny, hydrated hair and a healthy scalp, which is essential for hair growth. Pumpkin seeds are a good source of zinc, sulfur and vitamins – 3 important ingredients for hair and B vitamins are essential for hair exuberance.
For brittle nails she recommends millet that is rich in biotin, as well as spinach and kale, because they are rich in calcium.
