There are a few pressure points in your body that will help you reduce back pain. All bones and muscles are linked with each other. You can locate your spine’s point on your foot’s edge. By massaging your feet, you may be able to get rid of back pain, stiffness and tension.
Direct your attention to your cervical spine.
– Start by supporting your right foot with your left hand, and using your right thumb to work all of the spine reflexes that are located from the tip of your toe to your ankle.
– Start by pressing your thumb firmly into the skin and make sure you press every reflex spot.
You can also alleviate spinal and back pain by compressing these acupressure points:
1. Sleeping acupressure foot points for back pain
Sit straight and hold your feet, then take the right foot into your hands and find the bone that joints the big toe and the second toe. Place your thumb in that area and put pressure on it. Press for one minute. Inhale and exhale while you do this. Repeat this with the other foot.
2. Sitting acupressure foot points for back pain
You can start by washing and drying your feet. Sit down on a chair or a bed and cross your legs holding the right foot in your left hand. Start to roll your hand back and forth on your foot so that you can relax the muscles. Rub your thumb in the middle of your foot starting from the heel to the toe. Do this a few times so that you can relax the muscles. You can also use both thumbs to add enough pressure. Repeat this with the other foot and relax by lying down.
