How to Lose Up To 7 Pounds In 5 Days On The 5-Day Tomato Diet


This diet will help you lose weight without hungering and in a short period of time. Even more, the increased consummation of tomatoes helps the work of the heart . Tomatoes, by some experts, often are recommended as important ingredients in the fight against prostate cancer. Lycopene, an antioxidant that is extracted from tomatoes, helps in the treatment of high blood pressure .

Tomatoes are great in diets for losing weight. Of course, included in a well-balanced weight loss program and diet. So, check out this “Tomato diet” with the help of which you could lose 7 pounds in 5 days.

First day:

Breakfast: 1 piece of black bread with a small spoon of butter or 40 g. cheese, a tomato and coffee.

Lunch : Fry 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic with one tbsp. olive oil. Add 5 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour this sauce in 50 g. cooked spaghetti. Add 3 chopped tomatoes (Italian salad) .

Dinner : Boil a pot with water and add 500 g. spinach. Drain it and season with salt and pepper. Mix the spinach with 2 cooked and chopped potatoes and 50 g. spaghetti. Put all together in a pot roast. Spread some cheese over the spaghetti and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes. (Spaghetti with spinach).


Second day:

Breakfast: 50g blueberries, one peach , 100 g strawberries, one medium apple and 75 g of low-fat yogurt .

Lunch : An integral roll, 100 g grilled white chicken meat ,one tomato and a little parsley. (Sandwich with chicken and tomatoes)

Dinner : Cook one onion in some olive oil. Then add 450g chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil and cook for about 20 minutes. Optionally, you can either immediately eat soup or processed it in a blender. (Tomato soup)

    can u confirm — there is a few times that u said “potatoes ” while no mention of “tomatoes “.

      Yes, I saw that, in the salad on day one should be tomatoes. The rest is Ok. There are recipes with potatoes too in the diet and there are few dishes without tomatoes, but if the lunch is without tomatoes, than the breakfast and the dinner are with tomatoes.
