Improve Poor Circulation: Make a Natural Gel For Swollen Feet (RECIPE)

  • 50 g of Aloe Vera gel
  • 10 drops of essential oil of lemon eucalyptus
  • 5 drops of essential oil of mint or camphor
  • 5 grams of crystal menthol or camphor
