Ingredients:

– a bunch of fresh mint

– 2 handfuls of spinach

– 1/2 avocado

– 1/2 banana

– 1 small pear

– 2 tsp chia seeds

– 120 ml coconut water

– 120 ml unsweetened almond milk

– 2 cups of ice

Preparation:

Wash the spinach and the pears. Place all ingredients in a blender (if you’re using homemade organic pears, you can put all the seeds, only without the stems). Blend and serve!
