How to Make a Healthy Mayonnaise – Your Healthy Dreams Come True!

 

If you want a replacement for mayonnaise, which is not healthy, you can just make it by yourself. Yes, it’s possible to have healthy herbal mayonnaise. It is not only a substitute for mayonnaise, but also can be used as a dressing for salads, spreads or sauces.

Preparation:

Take 100 g. of cashew nuts (the amount you put is optional). Soak them in water for at least an hour.

After that put them into the blender with two tbsp olive oil and half a teaspoon of salt (it’s best to be unrefined sea salt because it is healthier, but you can and common salt) and a little water, depending on how thick you want the mixture to be.

After that, mix for 1-2 minutes and you’ve got a healthy, herbal mayonnaise.

It’s tasty and very nourishing. And cashews and olive oil are healthy foods that are necessary for the human body.
