Mouthwatering Baked Vegetables With Spices

This delicious dish can be served as side dish or as a main meal. It’s vegan, low-calorie, gluten-free and waistline-friendly dish!

Because of its great colors, the children like it too.

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 250 g. rise
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 150 g. peas
  • 100 g. corn
  • 1 onion
  • Oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp. saffron


First fry the onion in the pan for 5 minutes. Than put the sliced: green peeper, tomatoes, carrots, peas, corn and mix them together. Add a little water, the rise and the spices. Than all you have to do is to put the pan in the oven. Bake the mixing half hour on 250 C.
