There IS a Natural Cure For Joint Problems. And Now You Have The RECIPE!

This ginger juice will help you get over all joint problems (arthritis, osteoarthritis, joint problems and inflammation of tendons). Maybe you’ve tried so many medicines, that didn’t help, or the pain kept coming back again and again, but I still think that nature has its way for treating everything!

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of ginger, thumb-sized, washed
  • 1 glass of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tbsp of agave juice
  • juice of two lemons

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a blender and chop up to 10 seconds.

Drink the juice immediately without squeezing or removing the bigger parts, this is great for healthy teeth and gums.

This is a 20 days procedure. Drink two liters of juice per day in order to get rid of the toxins. Avoid red meat and poultry, sugar, processed flour and cow’s milk.

      It’s more for joint pain than a rheumatism, but it’s worth trying it.
