This Natural Recipe Will Help You Quit Smoking For Good!

It’s not easy to quit smoking, we know, but it doesn’t cost you anything to try it. Mix some of this … and a little of that, and you’ll get a mixture that will solve this bad habit once and for all.

Ingredients:

Half a grapefruit,

half an orange,

20 ml of chamomile tea,

30 g jojoba oil,

30 g of olive oil,

30 g of coconut oil,

5 g of oregano.

Preparation:

Squeeze the grapefruit and e the orange, add all other ingredients and mix until you get smooth, homogenous mixture. Pour the mixture in several small jars. It is important that they are properly closed.

How do I consume it?

When you feel the need for a cigarette, apply a little of this mixture on the skin under your nose or put a few drops on a handkerchief and inhale deeply.
