  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 chopped pear
  • 1 chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup of chopped spinach
  • 1/2 chopped avocado
  • 2 chopped celery root
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • juice from 1 lemon
