Sweet Recipe (for one person) for a morning meal:
– 1 Cup quinoa + 2 cups water
– 6 dry pitted prunes
– Little raisins (optional)
– A little honey to make it sweeter
Leave the quinoa few hours in cold water, after that wash it well and boil it with 2 cups of water. After 10 minutes, add the dried fruit and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until it’s all nicely absorbed.
That way you’ll get a well-balanced breakfast with carbs, fiber and protein.
