Raw Vegan Strawberry-Banana Cream Cake

 

Raw, sweet, healthy refreshment, the ultimate pleasure for all our senses!

Ingredients:

Pink filling:

3 bananas,

2 cups of frozen strawberries (or other berries),

1-3 tbs of coconut oil (optional, but it will make it creamier) .

External cream:

2 cups cashew nuts,

2 cups dates,

1 peeled orange,

2 tbsp melted coconut oil,

Water, as needed.

Preparation:

Put the bananas in a blender, then insert the frozen berries and blend until the mixture becomes smooth. Pour the mixture evenly into the mold for the cake. The mold should be slightly smaller than the other one you will use. If you have a mold which can adjust, just adjust it to the lower mold layer, then spread it for the another part. If you have any of these options, do not worry about that the lower part may be pink and you can only add a layer of cream on top. Freeze until firm.

Creamy layer

Blend all ingredients until smooth, add a little bit of water if you need it. The less water, the creamier content. Use a larger size mold for a cake, place a layer of frozen pink inside and then apply a layer of creamy cashews at the sides and top. Or you can use the same mold and spread it on top.

Freeze until solid state, decorate it, remember to slice it and enjoy! Store in the refrigerator.
