A delicious side dish that is soooo tasty and also will help you get rid of the toxins in your body.
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 150g broccoli
- 2 tbsp of almonds
- 1 tbsp of flaxseed
Cook the broccoli in boiling low salted water for about 7 minutes. Drain and leave it to side.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add almonds and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, add the broccoli, stir well, add salt and pepper. Add flax seeds and stir well.
