Stuffed Peppers And Cabbage Salad? Raw? Mmmm…Yummy, Yum!

Here is one great idea for your dinner! Your family will love it! Make raw stuffed peppers and add to the main meal some cabbage salad… Mmmm I see you already are thinking do you have peppers at home… Well, check the ingredients, run to the market if you need to and make this easy, healthy meal!

Stuffed Peppers


Clean and gouge 4 large bell peppers.




  • 1 cup soaked sunflower seeds,
  • 1 cup carrots,
  • ½ cup zucchini,
  • 1 cup soaked walnuts,
  • Several dried tomatoes,
  • 1 small red onion,
  • A few leaves of fresh parsley,
  • ½ fresh red peppers,
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice,
  • 1 clove of garlic.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix it well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Additional components:

  • 1 cup fresh corn,
  • A few cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters,
  • 1 cup celery stalk.

These ingredients mix with the stuffing and stuff the peppers. You can dehydrate this in dehydrator for 1 hour or heat them in the sun.
