Tasty Italian Pasta With Marrows



– 300 g. integral pasta
– 1 green marrow (sliced, but not peeled)
– 1 large tomato (cut it on small cubes)
– 1 bunch fresh rocket
– 2 – 3 tbsp. tomato sauce
– 2 cloves of garlic
– oregano
– basil
– salt
– olive oil.


Cook the pasta and drain it.
In a heated oil, put the green marrows slices. Add the cubes of the tomato and the finely chopped garlic. Sprinkle some salt. Allow to stew about 10 minutes, then add a little tomato sauce, oregano and basil. Stew another 5 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the pasta. Serve them in a bowl and sprinkle with fresh rocket cut into larger pieces.
