The Key Cause of Breast Cancer: You Drink it Daily, But You Are Not Aware of its Effect

A study conducted in Norway, shows us that those people who drink 3 cups of milk a day, have 3 times greater chance of developing breast cancer than those who drink half a cup or less. Surely you have already noticed that breast cancer is in expansion, so it appears that precisely the milk is responsible for the increased risk. It was previously believed that milk accelerates the development of cancer that already exists, but now the scientists say that it may be the cause of the outbreak.

breast cancer

The majority of patients come from Finland, Sweden, Great Britain, Canada and America. All these countries are first in consumption of milk. The Norwegian study has shown us that breast cancer is extremely rare, or it does not exist in cultures where animal milk is not used at all.

It is already known that hormones and growth factors in milk have carcinogenic potential, but that also applies to synthetic supplements of vitamin D, that often enrich milk and other products. That is why it is believed that those who suffer from breast cancer, in average take in 2 times more synthetic vitamin D than the rest.

But, there are also other causes that should be kept in mind. The number of cases grows with the consumption of pastry, sugar and certain types of meat (especially pork), and falls with the consumption of raw vegetables and fish. On the other hand, bras, especially those that are too tight can also increase the risk. Women, who regularly wear a bra for at least 12 hours, are increasing their risk of breast cancer more than 20 times compared to those who use it rarely or never, especially if it comes to bras with metal support.
