This Breakfast Will Make You Lose 5 Pounds in One Month!

This is one of the healthiest and most delicious breakfast, because it contains vitamins and minerals that improve the condition of the skin, the hair, normalize metabolism and strengthens the body. This daily breakfast will help you to eliminate impurities from the body and cleanse the bowel.

What you’ll need to prepare this breakfast:

– 300 ml of kefir (or low-fat yogurt)

– 2 tbsp of oat flakes

– 1 tsp ground flaxseed

– 1 tsp of cocoa powder

– 5-7 prunes

Preparing the breakfast:

You should prepare this in the evening, so you’ll have it ready the next day. 

Drizzle the prunes with a little boiling water (100 ml). Cover and leave on for 5-10 minutes. During this time put in a bowl the oat flakes, milled flax seed and cocoa. Pour the kefir over it and mix well. Chop the prunes now (you can do that also in a blender to get “puree”) and add to the previous batter. Mix it all well and leave in the fridge.

In the morning, wake up, open the fridge and enjoy a healthy and delicious breakfast. The results will be visible very soon.

    i have been doing this breakfast for two weeks nothing seems to to be happing what is kefirso the rest of the day to have to stick to weight lose program i will give this two more weeks to see what happen good thins i hope

    Iv blend the ingredients in a blender. As it make a moose like texture and I leave it in the fridge and it’s a bit thick not sure if I’m doing it right. Please can I get some advice

      You can blend all the ingredients and you’ll get that moose 🙂 but it’s ok if it’s thick, you should be eating it with a spoon, not drinking it. And if you want, you can put all ingredients in a bowl or something and blend only the prunes. Still, you’ll get some thick mass, because of the flaxseed and oat flakes, left overnight, they make any liquid moosy. So, you’re doing OK, if you like it to look more like breakfast in a bowl, don’t blend anything 🙂
