Vanilla and Sesame Smoothie

Yummy, tasty, healthy smoothie that will improve your health and your mood. Also, this sesame smoothie is full of fiber, manganese, copper, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc… oh and don’t forget the vitamins. These microelements helps our body to maintain healthy and in top shape!


– 1 cup of sesame seeds

– 2 large bananas

– 2 cups of water

– 4 dates (or sweetener if desired)

– 1 vanilla pod

1. Put all ingredients in a blender and wait for the sesame to completely combine with the other food.

2. If your smoothy is not sweet enough, add more dates.

3. Enjoy your tasty smoothie with good music or a book!
