The last few years I have read only how healthy ginger is and have incorporated it in my diet trying to healthy. I am a diabetic and have high blood pressure and take medication for both. This is the first time ever hearing it could actually be bad for me. If this is true, especially for pregnant women, why is there not any warnings out there about this! Prescriptions have warnings not to consume grapefruit juice with some medication.
