Yes, it’s “that” time of the year when we don’t eat as much fruits and vegetables as we should. But the good news is that we can do something about it. We can consume many of the vitamins and minerals that our body needs with making these smoothies:
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp of cocoa
- 1 cup of dates
- 1 cup of almond milk (or water)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a smooth drink.
