For all of you who are thinking about it, as well as for those who just want a good natural anti-aging product, try the following – you will see tremendous results. Apart from the obvious high cost and questionable these treatments, you can avoid the side effects from the botulinum toxin and the devastation of the household budget with various promising “scientific” anti-aging creams and treatments.

Of all the natural treatments that you can do for yourself at home, this is one of those who gives obvious and immediately clear results.

  • 200 g. spinach
  • 200 g. of savoy cabbage
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Cook the cabbage and the spinach for 5-6 minutes. Strain the vegetables and put them in a blender. Add olive oil and sour cream.

Mix. Try not to eat it 🙂

Apply this green mask on cleansed face and neck. You can also use a brush or spatula. Hold for about 8 minutes for the full effect. Rinse with lukewarm water and finish with cold water to close the pores.

Use it 1 -2 times a week. The mixture can stay fresh about a week in the refrigerator.

Hi, that’s an excellent recipe and I will try it! 🙂 I assume the spinach is fresh, not frozen, right? Does the savoy cabbage do something the regular green cabbage won’t do? And also, the sour cream, do I use the full-fat variety for the best effect? Thanks so much!

You can use frozen spinach too, it doesn’t lose any of its properties by freezing. And also the green regular cabbage is a great choice. I use any sour cream I can find, I don’t think that low fat or any other variety will give different effect. Just use what you have, fresh of frozen 🙂

Hi again, I tried this today and unfortunatly, even though I put it in the food processor twice, it is not a creamy consistency. It is very grainy and falls off my face as soon as I put it on. I tried rubbing a little bit into my skin and even mixed it with a bit of lotion, but it is nothing like in the picture. Should this become like a paste? Mine is sort of chunky like cooked oatmeal. I really wanted this to work 🙁

Well, mine didn’t came like the one in the picture too, but I overcooked the cabbage (accidentally) and I used only the soft parts from it. With a very thick cream, I put all of that in my blender and it came out pretty well. I didn’t take a photo of it, but I will next week I’m making it again, and I’ll take pictures of the ingredients and the process and the final result. I hope that you’ll find it helpful 🙂
